Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka
- 2 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz lemon juice
- ⅓ cup large blackberries
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: mint sprig, sugar rim
Preparation
Chill glasses prior to serving, and rim with lemon juice and granulated sugar
Steps
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle fresh blackberries with sugar until broken down.
- Add vodka, St-Germain liqueur, lemon juice, and ice to fill.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled glasses and serve with fresh mint sprig.
