Bison Breeze
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz chilled Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka
- 3 oz cranberry juice
- 1 ½ oz grapefruit juice
- ½ cup ice cubes
- Garnish: lime wedge
Steps
- Mix vodka, cranberry juice and grapefruit juice in a highball glass.
- Add ice and stir gently.
- Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve.
Apple Bison Martini
Ingredients
- 2 ounces of Bison Grass Vodka
- 1-ounce apple liqueur or apple schnapps or Apple Pucker
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- Ice
- Apple slice or twist, for garnish
Steps
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Bison Grass Vodka, apple liqueur or apple schnapps, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to thoroughly mix and chill the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with an apple slice or twist.
- Serve and enjoy!
Varsity Green
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz chilled Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka
- 3 oz lemon lime soda
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: lime twist
Steps
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add vodka and lemon lime soda to fill, and stir well.
- Garnish with a lime twist and serve.
The Old Ivy
Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka
- 2 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz lemon juice
- ⅓ cup large blackberries
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: mint sprig, sugar rim
Preparation
Chill glasses prior to serving, and rim with lemon juice and granulated sugar
Steps
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle fresh blackberries with sugar until broken down.
- Add vodka, St-Germain liqueur, lemon juice, and ice to fill.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled glasses and serve with fresh mint sprig.
Warsaw Mule
Ingredients
- 2 oz chilled Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka
- ½ oz lime juice
- 8 oz ginger beer
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: lime wedge, mint sprig
Steps
- Fill glass or mug with ice, then add vodka and lime juice.
- Stir in ginger beer to fill.
- Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.
